SOFTWARE ENGINEER •/1./l/ Szgnal Ln this position you will be responsible for developing and maintammg embedded C ofrware in conjunction with a telecommunications system. This assignment will involve detailed design, code and unit level test. You must be able to work as a team member with hardware and signal processing engineers to develop state-of-the-art communication signal processing equipment. This position requires a BSCS or equivalent and 3-5 years experience. Background in real-time software development with knowledge of C Programming and Unix is mandatory. Familiarity with VxWorks OS, Client/Server software architecture and device interfacing is highly desired. US Citizenship reqLtired, with the ability to obtain a security clearance .. EMBEDDED CONTROLLER SOFTWARE ENGINEER In this position the candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining embedded C software in conjunction with a telecommunications system. This assignment will involve detailed design, code and unit level test. You must be able to work as a team member wilh hardware and signal processing engineers to develop state-of-the-art communication signal processing equipment. This position requires a BSC or equivalent and 3-5 years experience. Background in real-time software development with knowledge of C Programming and SCO UNIX is mandatory. Familiarity with Client/Server software architecture and device interfacing is highly desired. US citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance. DSP ALGORITHM DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER In this position the candidate's responsibilities will include the design, development and implementation of advanced DSP algorithms for communication systems. This position requires a strong background in communication and DSP theory, algorithm development, and computer simulations (using C). Familiarity with demodulators, demultiplexers, modem algorithms and/or DSP chip programming desirable. MSEE or Ph.D. EE required. US citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance. HARDWARE ENGINEER HARDWARE ENGINEER In this position the candidate will be a member of a small team developing telecommunication signal processing hardware. Responsibilities will include design, integration, and test of circuit cards and/ or FPGAS. This position reqLLires a BSEE/MSEE, or equivalent, with 2 years related experience. Knowledge of VHDL and C is desired. Experience with Xilinx FPGAS, digital communications, digital signal processing and an interest in understanding telecommunications systems are a plus. US Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance. HARDWARE ENGINEER In this digital hardware design position, the candidate will develop deliverable, manufacturable equipment for communications and signal processing applications. The design will involve use of PPGAs, DSP (TMS320 family) processors, VME interfaces, and emulators for card debug. This position requires BS or equivalent in EE plus 2 years of related experience. Background in communications/DSP and an interest in understanding the entire processing system are a plus. US Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance. PROGRAM MANAGER PROGRAM MANAGER in this position you will be responsible for managing programs or groups of programs with staffs of 5 to 10 engineers. Your responsibilities will include project planning, staff planning, schedule and cost control, task organization and delegation, risk management, and customer interface, but may also involve direct program contributions in areas such as system engineering, test planning and documentation. You will also be involved with marketing, cost estimation and generation of proposals for new business. This position requires background in technical managemem of government contracts involving development of hardware, software or systems. Experience in personnel leadership/management, customer presentations, status reporting, earned value, and proposal writing is desired. Familiarity with digital signal processing and communications is a big advantage. This position requires a BS or BA degree and 3+ years of program or task management experience.
